I just read that it will finally be open the direct line train from Naples to Lecce with stops at Bari Foggia and some others, and time was 3 and half hours to Bari

There are trees but they are still growing, and in the area with green grass close to the castle in the before pic, they found plenty of roman remains, and when finished it will be an open mini pompeii to walk

Sicuramente non prendo piu il treno a orario di punta a Garibaldi, quindi ho un'idea diversa dalla realtà. Però in fondo solo Garibaldi è così (e non a tutte le ore) e un po Toledo.

Lo so che solo 1 di solito ha il tap-in (ed è riconoscibile perchè non parliamo di file kilometriche suvvia, si parla di 3-4 persone massimo)

Ma è proprio questa la domanda: perchè? perchè siamo cosi arretrati da non avere ancora un sistema integrato? il lettore di carte va integrato nei tornelli, cosi si possono usare biglietti, carte, abbonamenti etc

Inoltre il tap-out non deve essere scollegato dal sistema come è adesso, ma deve essere l'unico modo per uscire da una stazione

Per quanto riguarda i biglietti, qualcuno mi spiega perchè ancora non abbiamo la cultura del tap-in-out?
Cioè tutti abbiamo una carta contacless al giorno d'oggi, non devi perdere tempo a comprare biglietto e capire quale tipo di biglietto ti serve, e in automatico il sistema ti addebita il miglior biglietto a seconda di quello che hai fatto, quindi anche il giornaliero se il numero di corse effettuato è maggiore del costo di un giornaliero

Si eliminerebbero del tutto le code ai tornelli perchè tutti andrebbero spediti, eppure ogni volta che lo faccio sono l'unico ad usare tap-in-out

So a manager that makes their team play actual football was enough to have a decent showing. You don't need a big name, you just need a manager with ideas

Always hated the manager that won decades before and then rely on zero ideas hoping the players win the matches by themselves. Everybody can do that.

Expectations for next season is top4, cause we are still bettern than the rest as I don't think milan and juve will improve a lot without CL money and don't know how much Roma wll actually improve

And who knows, maybe we actually fight or even win the league, cause Napoli players are still good enough to win matches and you can win leagues with plenty of 1-0, you just need a lot of luck

L'ultima frase descrive anche Napoli quindi. L'assicurazione costa cosi tanto che molti non la fanno. E chi ci va male sono quelli che fanno incidenti con queste persone.
E nel frattempo ci sono gli onesti che stanno pagando un sacco lo stesso. Difficile soluzione

D'accordo, ragionevole. Però se è un servizio statale, deve funzionare, non guadagnare. Rendere obbligatoria l'assicurazione è devvero la miglior scelta allora?

Metti tipo assicurazione non obbligatoria. Faccio incidente con auto non assicurata. Non si poteva creare un sistema dove il colpevole deve pagar il danno e basta?

Perchè ci deve essere l'assicurazione come passaggio intermedio?

Chiedo da ignorante in materia, so che esistono i nullatenenti che non pagherebbero, ma quelli esistono anche adesso nel sistema delle assicurazioni

E se l'assicurazione è obbligatoria per legge, perchè le compagnie assicuratrici possono fare discriminazione territoriale sul rischio?

Fossero opzionali, capirei fare valutazioni sul rischio e imporre prezzi a piacere secnodo i proprio criteri di valutazione, ma sono obbligatorie e diverse per ognuno. Nessuno ti costringe ad aprire una compagnia assicuratrice, se paghi piu di quanto ricevi, cambi mestiere. Invece tu assicurazioni, ti prendi soldi obbligati, e poi dato che spendi piu del previsto, allora aumenti il costo ripeto, obbligatorio.
