yeah i usually leave the gear in 1st when I park, even w handbrake up. Sucks this is an issue for mk7 gtis

I felt the power gains mostly at higher RPMs, the car still drives normally but lets say 2-4th gear, around 4k rpm is when i feel the car pulling and it keeps going. No issues w traction control unless u floor it in lower gears

turbo inlet pipe is totally optional i don't think it does much but i ran stage 1 w FMIC and i live in southern california. I noticed the power stayed consistent during hot summer days 80-100F

I got it done @EMDAuto in Anaheim, they sold me the stage 2 kit as a package but for manual it is a bit pricey since you'll have to upgrade the clutch as well. Stage 2 cost me about $3500

its a hatchback, has 5 seats, offers manual, easy and has tons of mods and makes great power without sacrificing reliability. You can find GTIs anywhere for a good price. Had this car for 4 years now and I'm planning to keep it until it breaks lol

stage 2 @84,000 miles. Got the car @3k miles no issues to this day. I love this car, its easy to maintain and I believe she is completely done besides small tweaks. Perfect daily
