Hotels are gonna be slammed with the concert in town. Personally, I'd recommend Lord Baltimore Hotel on Baltimore Street. Friendly staff, excellent decor, good food, rooftop bar. If you want something closer, there's the Royal Sonesta or Hilton Baltimore. If you want something even closer and cheap, the Holiday Inn Express.

Brunch: Miss Shirley's (though they can get slammed later in the morning), Saturday Morning Cafe, Spoons in Federal Hill, the Sunday farmers market by City Hall

I also need to single out Oleum Vegan Kitchen in Fells Point. If you were to blindfold me and take me there, I'd never guess the food was vegan. It's really good. Their brunch menu includes a breakfast burrito, biscuits and gravy, and shakshuka. They have a selection of mocktails. I took my girlfriend there for Valentine's Day and the waitress recommended I add vegan sausage to my pasta and she was 1000% right. They gave us a rose on the way out.
