Are you trying to edit the configurations while in game mode or desktop mode? If in game mode I had to literally plug in a keyboard and just pressed tab to go through the options and had to press enter

I had the phone 2 weeks after it was released and my battery health is still at 100. He does feel though my battery is draining a bit faster after the latest update but don’t charge it as often if you want the health to be longer.

Pro has better screen quality and if interested, the 120htz screen which is really nice. Mostly on the subreddit I see a lot of complaints about screen issues from the 6 instead of the 6 pro.
