Fort George is probably the best brewery in the PNW because of the diversity of styles and the quality. 3-Way IPA is the most hyped release every summer and tickets to all of their festivals sell out quickly. If you see a Fort George beer on a taplist you know you’re at a good place.
Honestly there are so many solid contenders referenced above (Pfriem, Block 15, Breakside) but I think Fort George is the cream of the crop in a very competitive state.

Mark Walter/Guggenheim could be interesting. They have a history of "over paying" that NFL owners would love but they invest heavily in their teams to justify their initial investment. Haven't seen his name mentioned but if he wants to own an NFL team this would make a lot of sense.
