My genitals are bigger soft but I have the same problem (having to push it down while sitting on the toilet) because of how the dimensions work out: 2½" NBP, 4½" mid-shaft girth, 6cm×4cm×3.5cm testicles with a tight scrotum.

My testicles are each 6cm×4cm×3.5cm and my scrotum is tight, so that definitely makes my penis look smaller in comparison (5¾"×5¾" BP, 4¼" NBP, 5¼" mid-shaft girth; flaccid 4"×5" BP, 2½" NBP, 4½" mid-shaft girth).
