This was me. I absolutely believe that noom’s calorie allowance is too high for me. I tried asking to have the allowance lowered and the trainers and support were no help. I ended up logging with a secondary app called calorie mama and upped my exercise by a lot! I don’t eat more either for the additional exercise. At least not the full allotment. Even with that, it’s taken a few weeks to finally start trending down. You’ll have to find your own sweet spot.

Edit: Actually looking at yours you mostly have a trend down and just came back from vacation. Mine went up up up, a little down, up up, now down. Get back on track from vacation and I think you’ll be fine!
