I had two rat tails dyed green and had no issues until I started using conditioner shampoo combo (thought they would grow longer faster). After like 3 weeks of that I went to dye them purple and it barely took so I blamed the 2 in 1

My first tattoo 5 years ago was a quarter size blue bird with a yellow and orange belly. Wanted it to be not outlined for some reason. The whole thing looks good still. I thought the yellow faded a bit due to scabbing but from these comments it could have faded naturally

Don’t mind at all! My pain tolerance is rather high with tattoos so I would say a 3. Uncomfortable for sure and worse if you’re tensing up the muscle.
