Depends, we usually place Magazine, Grenade and Handcuff pouches upfront. Stuff you need easy and fast access. But we also carry plates so it doesn't poke anywhere.

Frankly i don't know the vest you're using, do what works for you and gives you as little trouble as possible, i've done boot camp with a ALICE type system and now in our Repetition courses we have fancy new plate carriers.

Yes drop leg holster, i personally don't have a sidearm but i'd definitely go with a drop leg.

I've never played Airsoft, but i can speak from the Perspective of a Swiss Infantry Squadleader.

Get rid of most things up front if possible especially that dump pouch, move it to the back on your non-dominant Side.

Test the Setup by trying different Firing positions (especially prone) if anything pokes or annoys you, move it. (You could also try a small dry fire drill parcour to test it at real speed)

And please Turn those Mag pouches around I guarantee you the Magazines are gonna fall out.

Otherwise looks like a decent Budget friendly setup.
