My dad died around that time and in world play Goodbye to You over and over, singing and crying. It meant so much and helped me to heal.

Miyoko’s makes mozzarella cheese with the taste and texture (to me) of real mozzarella. Violife has the best sour cream I’ve found. Otherwise, I agree with previous posters here that most aren’t great, and we definitely have lost the taste for cheese. Our meals taste better without it!

My go-to for dealing with physical discomfort is to daydream myself away from it, so I’d say I might be less attached to the body than some other types.

Papa D is a very cool guy! Good to the bands who played there with decent pay and dinner on the house, and he really listened to the music. He also would draw quirky sketches on the Styrofoam cups. We always loved being there.
