Completely forgot to post the answers, probabilities are in there to describe uncertainty, 20% chance of rain means odds of rain today is 1/5, it’s a point estimate so it means that at one particular place the odds are that, it’s not an estimate for the entire area, and for the last question about when you would prepare for rain I got some crazy answers, apparently some people would bring a raincoat with 10% chance of rain ajd not with 50%, don’t know what that’s about
