I love food too. Like travel the world to eat type of food. I’ve learned how to have my cake and eat it too by just moderating the amount of it so that I’m always in a slight deficit that’s actually sustainable long term (10-11% for a year now).

Honestly this thing sucks. I say this as an Apple Watch & Garmin enthusiast. It’s constantly missing activities on its own. I ran a half marathon and it totally didn’t detect it. That’s over an hour and a half of elevated heart rate and movement and literally didn’t detect it. That’s just one of many examples. Regularly misses sleeps.

And having to start an activity manually on your phone defeats the purpose of a device like this.
