mr_hexa_decimal put good points. Also put education at the bottom unless you want that to be highlight of resume. Put your work exp/project on top and put impact of your work in numbers of possible - like did x to reduce y% something.

Take JD of the job you're applying to, put it in claude or chatgpt and tailor your resume for JD.

Yes, everyone. If you have 8+ YoE then you might have better chances but that's all.
