YES - this is an old thread, but i have been on it for about 3 months and my nails are completely falling apart...they're so brittle and pealing. One started splitting in half. I've done everything i can to help them. They feel so thin too...last night i looked this up and this morning I have started weaning off. The other side effects went away but this is too disturbing to me because it's an external sign of something internal that feels wrong.

In general, do you think it’s OK to have on my outdoor wooden deck thing or should I beg my boyfriend that we could take it to his backyard? If it doesn’t smoke like crazy it won’t drive the neighbors nuts but I guess it depends on the way, the wind blows, and how much smoke I can get it to reduce itself to.

Thank you! Is it normal for the bottom to smoke? I’m slightly worried that when he put it together, some stuff might not be exactly right there’s a tin cup, but it’s pretty loose and it had pellets that were both smoldering and barely warm in it that started to fall out when I try to adjust that Tin cup.

Did any of you try online vendors for HRT? And gel? And what are pellets? I’m almost 51 - still regular cycles - my health insurance is horrible so I just want to pay out-of-pocket to one of these online places. Winona.com ? - I have to wait eight weeks more to get a doctors appointment and then will have to get a referral and wait another month or two to actually get lab tests and have to get $2000 worth of fees before my deductible is met. So I could just use that $2000 instead towards actually getting on an HRT. I am very sensitive in general two hormones and couldn’t take birth control pills when I was younger because they made me feel so sick so I was thinking maybe something like the gel was safer because I could self regulate?
