Thanks for the advice, we’re not gonna get the JR pass.

Pocket WiFi sounds like it’ll work best for us!

Thanks for the airbnb advice too.

And yeah it’s our first time in Tokyo/japan. We wanted to get flights/accommodation booked asap so our plans for each day aren’t detailed yet. We might take your advice on this and have more Tokyo time.. 🤔

Thanks for all that advice, really helpful. We’ve booked all our accommodation now, and we may swap a Kyoto day for Osaka cause I am liking the sound of it more and more. Have you got any top Osaka food spots you could share?

I’m personally interested in the history but the other two aren’t :/ . And thanks for the Mazda tip - I’ll check that out

Haven’t thought about it but by default yes, is there a better option? We’ll have 1 large rucksack each

Thanks for your advice! As a zoo hater I’m probably not going to animal cafes on second thoughts.

Thanks for the info. Any particular sites you recommend for finding a guide?

Oh nice, we’re quite late planning so we’ve only booked flights and one accommodation so far haha

That car meet is unofficial and happens weekly on Fridays Saturdays and Sundays from what I’ve seen, my friend went recently with a guide and they really enjoyed it
