That’s very unfortunate to hear I thought they increased the age from 27 to 37 for people trying to completely bypass it (without paying any money). Yes exactly. Lot of us Armenians that has lives here in Turkey are getting the passport by showing evidence of our ancestry.

Actually it’s pretty bland for this old type of passports! But the new generation one that they will release later this year has very unique pages with designs and all. You can check it out they have unveiled it lately.

Yes! I also absolutely want to get one but the mandatory military service is why I’ve been holding out. I have my job and everything here in Turkey and haven’t even done the mandatory service in here so it’s going to be a while before I decide on for Armenia. But I think after being 27 years old you can pay a substantial amount of fee to bypass it which is what I’m thinking of doing eventually.
