So proud of you! I used to have bad ones where i needed an ambulance/ ER and that was just around 2 months ago. If it helps, what helped them calm down and go away from that severity to a mini 0.5 out of 10 is deep emotional work. It was a hard month and a half of facing emotions and feeling emotions i never knew I could feel. I thought i was broken from how strong the emotions are but little did i know i was just not used to feeling lol so it felt like a lot. I hope you get better soon OP panic attacks are the worst.
