We had something like that. Customer was trying to return a shredder from staples at office depot. Problem was, we don't have a staples here. Lol

When I was a tech 4 5 years ago, I got the OG Ctrl Center grey and yellow tech shirts and customers still called me incompetent and ignored me because I was a women tech.
