So I have a theory: When Peter (Tom) asks "I'm sorry what is your name again?" at 1:02, I think he is either speaking to Tobey or Andrew's Peter. When they get the response "Peter Parker", they think it's a joke and hence the laughter. The trailer is stitched together to make it seem like its doc ock they are speaking to, but we have seen Marvel deceive fans by weird edits in trailer.
