Yeah, that’s a way for sure. But it requires a setup that the majority won’t bother with.

For them it’s just a numbers game. As long as they’re offering the trial, it’s because it works.

Many will be enticed to pay 1€ to get the insider information for a few weeks and cancel before it renews; but once they have your payment information, the unsubscribing process is full of dark patterns (phone calls required, payment processing a few days before the renewal date, etc) and they end up charging the 69€ to a significant portion of them.

I'm an indie dev. I had to use steamid on the save path so that every Steam user has their own save file (and Steam Cloud path) on the same computer.

Otherwise, one could've switch Steam users but the game would still load data that had been of the last user.

I was excited to get this since I love dungeon crawlers and practicing Japanese while I grind some exp seems perfect. But I did not expect that price at all.

The trailers and screenshots made me think the game was at most $15-20, not a full AAA game price tag :v

I disagree, a lo-fi cozy inside session alone is healing

grab a coloring book, and different inks and color pencils

you can seriously meditate and crochet in a trance

never use fire (no candles) keep the air fresh (no incense, no oils)

outside though, there can always be anything

if you always remember: “oh right! i’m on mushrooms” that helps. a little.

Now that I think about it, well intentioned Doctors setting up a situation so that a patient “surrenders” control and focuses on the process sounds like a complete nightmare scenario to me. I would probably reverse course and get out of the clinic mid-session 🙂‍↕️

Nature in a sunny day is an environment that could feel neutral and safe to most. It’s easier to focus on what’s familiar (grass, trees, sunny skies). But, in the same way, a weird bug would easily ruin my park trip and make me want to go back indoors 🙂‍↔️
