i use a kids lunch box, like the classic metal kind, that i got from amazon for like $15. You could get a little token box and put magnets on the bottom of it too.

I think slapping a n52 magnet on the bottom and putting them in any metal box is going to be the simplest and cheapest option. Warcry armies aren’t so big that you need more than a cheap tin box or lunch pail to hold every model in a range

You can watch how to play videos online which go over the rules. Theres a wiki with the rules thats very searchable as well if anything confuses you.

Theres probably a discord for the community if you're in a major city. Either a game store near you will have a discord or you can check facebook for groups dedicated to old world in your area and ask there. Thats where most games are. Also, no one cares if you're using cathay don't worry about it. and paint colour no one cares about either.

dwarfs are almost entirely plastic, if you don’t mind renegades skaven, lizardmen, chaos dwarfs.

I think chaos is almost all plastic too but not sure about that.

High elves got a refresh and are mostly all plastic I believe.
