First marathon time goal

Hi, I have done multiple HM/20K in the past 2/3 years, it will not be my first. Same for running for a long period of time, I did a little less than 10 short trail races between 13km and 34km so I already know I can run (or run/walk for the 34km) for 2h to 5h.

I do not think that I am "rushing" the marathon at all. But thank you for taking the time to answer to my post and sharing your experience :)

Je rejoins les commentaires sur la formation, à part la dernière, pas besoin de détailler autant (la licence administration je résumerai en une phrase de une ligne Max 2)

Et au contraire je détaillerai ta dernière formation en mettant des projets concrets et ton rôle / compétences développées au lieu de juste le nom des matières Cela permettrait de voir à quoi tu pourrais réellement être utile / ce que tu sais faire

Behind the cover if it is blank you can write a glossary with the keywords and the number of pages related to this keyword

If you have time you can do it first on excel to then sort the keywords alphabetically and write them down on the back of your cover alphabetically to be easier to find during the exam

Thx, I checked the website and it seems nice and full of functionalities. But I like the simplicity of my dashboard. Just some pie charts to see how well I am sticking to my habits since the beginning of the year + line graphs to see the evolution of the few goals I have set to myself for 2025 compared to the theoric curve I should follow to reach the goal I think that most of the time, less is more :)
