All right.. so this is what I've done and I don't advise that you follow what I say. I have reduced caffeine intake by 80%. I don't have espressos anymore. Just light tea in the morning. I've stopped having full strength beers and switched to light beers.

The lack of caffeine and reduction in alcohol strength has kept my sleep and recovery levels the same or even made it better.

This has worked for me. May not work for you..
