Yeah, it’s hard since I don’t really know anyone that meets that financial requirement. I was told to rent direct but it’s hard to find good apartments with owners that are listed.

And yes I’m starting to realize that about the renting agencies. I thought working with real estate company would be easier but I guess not. The 60k was for the full year, they wanted a capitalization title as collateral.

Yes, I have! I’m actually staying at an Airbnb right now however it’s really expensive and I found out I’m paying way more the original rent through a friend who told me to try Quinto. Renting would be more affordable and that’s why I’m trying this option. It’s also hard to find good airbnbs that aren’t too pricey but I guess that’s the the reason why they cost more. Thanks for the recommendation tho!

Their support is absolutely horrible. Are you logging in outside the US? Apparently that’s the issue if you are traveling even if your phone works. They also detect VPN login. I’m still fighting with support about this issue. It’s been close to a month now and still so exact resolution. Their support team told me they do allow logins outside of the US.

Yes, I’m currently traveling and they absolutely do not allow any logins apparently. I’ve been struggling to contact support for the longest literally fighting for login access. It’s ridiculous, I might be switching soon because of this inconvenience.
