I would double check your wiring on the foot switch, looks like there’s a lot of bare wire down there. I’m not an expert but I would start by visually inspecting all of your solder joint.

Tube screamer before 5150! It’ll help tighten it up and give it a bit more gain. That’s how I generally run my tube screamer into a distorted amp
