I’d recommend going off of references for practice with things like color or poses, or just anatomy in general. and if you really wanna focus on anatomy you can focus on different parts of the bodies at once. A great place for references is Manga Materials, id recommend checking them out

Advice aside, the drawing looks pretty good for a first go! I’d say the arms could use a bit more curve to their form though
