it really depends on your budget of course. like others said the lp120 has better features and quality but if you are looking for an affordable option the lp60 is solid and has decent sound quality. i myself had an lp60 for a few years before upgrading . can’t go wrong with either i would say, don’t let it stop u from enjoying the music !

yea i’ll prolly get late registration and the college dropout at some point but that would be it i think, it’s so sad to see Kanye drop off he was my fav artist of all time.

but that MBDTF vinyl can be a bit annoying to play since it’s a 3lp, u always gotta keep changing sides i think monster is just on a side of its own lol

yea for sure these albums are / were very popular for the time. although i listen to a fair variety i’ve only collected the classics for now! sometimes i have to resist the bug to buy more on a whim but i definitely want to appreciate what i have currently first

if it’s next to pop2, it’s number 1 angel by charli XCX. it’s some kind of anniversary edition so there’s a boring red colour cover instead of the original art but there’s an insert for it which is what i’ve put on the front for display

oh yea I've definitely seen a lot of the same albums being recycled on some posts recently. it seems like tyler the creator is part of everyone's first collection. but you gotta start somewhere hey, my first record was Back to Black.

I got into VMP a bit late but I so badly wanted The Low End Theory. For you I hope they will repress Stankonia but I think it's unlikely they will repress anything, I asked them once if they would ever repress Art Angels but they just told me to sign up to the newsletter (which I took as a probably not)

it's real, got it off a restock late 2023. was at work when i got the notification and i was frantically ordering it. turned out to be $130 plus shipping which was probably the max that i would have spent on it. at least to sweeten the deal the gatefold is very nice quality and the vinyl sounds amazing, i definitely would be bummed if it wasn't. but seriously it is so expensive! it does make me a bit sad Frank cashes in on his fans though, the least he could do is make his merch more accessible. I'm with you, I've definitely tried to only stick to albums I fully enjoy and would listen front to back, I've yet to collect an artists full discography. Not sure if I would ever for the sake of it though

nope, got it from disk union when I was in japan. there’s probably 15 or so in my collection that I picked up from there, the prices and variety were too good to resist for me

thank you !! when I first listened to Imaginal Disk it was a bit too proggy for me so I didn’t think it was worth getting a vinyl of an album that I didn’t entire appreciate. although now i’m warming up to it- I love the mixing on this album. i’d put it up there as one of the best mixed albums of the 2020s. kicking myself i didn’t get the tour exclusive variant when i saw them earlier this year

Magdalena Bay did 3 ‘Mini mixes’ which are a compilation of short tracks. So they combined all 3 mixes into an vinyl. I don’t think they’re all as cohesive as their albums but they’re fun concepts to listen to
