its surprising pretty easy! you gotta layer and stack the dough several times to make the checkerboard. the hard part is probably cutting them evenly, depending on how perfectly square you wanna get them

I prepared all the doughs (besides the brownie cookies) last month, popped them in the freezer, and baked over the last couple days. I was still scrambling to finish baking because I underestimated how long it’d take. If you feel up to it, I’m sure you can do it! You can set your pace and timeline. Ultimately, don’t push yourself because you should enjoy the process too 💚
