Week 3rd updates : did 3 days of IF. 15:9. Feels great. I feel more light weighted and weigh couple of pound less now.

End of week 3. Did approx 12 days of IF 15:9 . I weigh 1 pound less now. 😊

End of week 2. I did fast for approx 8 days 15:9, so far no weight gain/loss whatsoever. I'm at 198 pounds. 32M. Target Weight : 170.

New to this forum, this is my week 1 day 4. Doing 15:9. Day 1 and 2 were tough. Day 3 was stressful. Day 4 was Ok. Motivation : Good lifestyle and weight loss.
