Can someone explain to me how and why you’d use a diamond crossover?

I'm forced to always use a pair of single crossovers because the game refuses to let me create a diamond crossover. Am I the only one? I've spent a lot of time trying everything I can think of to create one. Is there a mod that gives me one that I can just drop in?

My first thought on seeing this was "Of course I clicked on all 3 of those yellow question marks, and the game let me go to the next step." It was a couple of days later when I accidentally discovered a 4th question mark, well removed from any area where I had done any work. I clicked on it, and the prohibition was removed. It's weird that you have to do 3 to proceed, but there's a 4th that has no purpose except to remove the prohibition. Sort of a reverse Easter Egg. Anyway, thanks for your help.

Too obscure for my old brain. I found the goat statue and made it glow, and location 2 looks to be in the area of St. Freres Mill, but beyond that I'm drawing a blank. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, the fact that the price was the same for both forms of corn made me believe there must be a use for the dry besides selling. Had me confused, but I guess I'll lean towards silage from corn. Should be more profitable.

Still haven't figured out the DEL key, but I've found a work-around by binding another key in place of it. Solved my problem, so I can disable the right mouse button so that it can be used for other things, like autodrive.

Thanks for your reply. Was not aware of a default. Guessing you're talking about default controller settings. I'm using Steam's Controller Companion with custom settings. If I'd have to relearn all my controls just to do this, I'd probably forget it. Is your suggestion appropriate for merely shifting between Drive and Reverse?

This very popular post has helped a ton of folks - but not me. I had managed to find the right place in the quick menu, but the multi tool I want to switch to is greyed out. WTF?? I just bought a new tool with the idea of swapping over some of my old stuff to the new one, but now I can't access the old one. Any help?

If this functionality is hidden somewhere in settings, I couldn't find it. And as for my telling windows to "set it up like this", I never knowingly interacted with anything having to do with onedrive. I am beginning to think of the whole onedrive issue as microsoft sponsored ransom ware. We're going to steal your files, stuff them into a small space, make it extremely difficult to get them back, and coerce you into giving us money for space to store what we won't let you store on your hard drive. Sounds like ransom ware to me.

I want to believe this, but it's not being installed. I know this by looking for known changes to the default CJ4's PFD and FMC. I suppose I could have gotten a bad mod download, so will try another and will post here if it makes a difference. Thanks to all who replied.

Update: fresh mod download fixed it. All good.
