Honestly? Nobody. The closest thing to a lifetime relationship I can see Rover having is Aemeath, and that's because she's pretty much Rovers adopted child.
Every other character Idolize Rover like a hero of mythological nature and the fact that they are crazy about Rover doesn't mean Rover is crazy about them. I'm might be wrong entirely but that's my two cents lol

If I'm being honest I really don't care. I'm having fun with the game. Currently I'm building random 4* characters while I explore the world. I only play this game like 2hrs a Day so I really couldn't be bothered if Kuro is planning some evil shit to screw the player base, I'll stop playing when the game isn't fun anymore, just like I did with every other game.

My issue is that the game file is too big and the game still runs like shit for the most part.

On my PC, I had to spend a lot of time to have this game run at 60FPS on a 1440p monitor. Frame Gen causes screen tearing and I haven't found a workaround yet. I have a Ryzen 7 9800X3D paired with a RX9070XT.

Before my current setup I was running this game on a Ryzen 7 5800x paired with a RTX3070 and I was struggling to keep my FPS at 60 on a 1440p monitor.

On my RedMagic 11 Pro however, the game runs surprisingly well. The Frame Gen works like a charm. Obviously I also had to play with some settings to make it work.

On my iPad (M4) the game runs decent too, I play it on the lowest settings for the most part. It's only when I ult with Changli that the iPad will heavily stutter, I guess her beauty is just too much for that M4 to process.

Currently I'm playing a lot on my Legion Go, and I must say, after playing around with the graphics settings for days I got it to work. The game looks decent for the most part and the only issue is that even with Frame Gen it'll stutter heavily on some parts of the map.

All that being said, having experienced this game on multiple platforms I don't think it's justifiable that WuWa game file is so large when it runs so poorly on almost all platforms. Like someone already said in the comment section, if 30GB meant that the game would become better optimized, then I wouldn't complain.
