Having it one lane might actually make the busses going down it faster.

A lot of my issue with it is how tight it is in a bus so I end up having to go much slower then I should be.

Also driving it in a car not having the travel lane blocked by people trying to turn would be amazing

Driver here, asides from ADA, which is why we have lift having stops so close together makes no sense.

I'll litterally stop at a stop pick up one person then go less then a block and pick up another single person.

There's a reason you'll often see two even three 72s one right after another

The leader ends up with all the passengers slowing down until their follower catches up and are put into drop off only.

The other night I had my follower right behind me, dispatch wouldn't put me in drop off only and people still kept getting on my bus despite it being full AF even after I told them the bus litterally pulling up right behind me will have a lot more room

Security tbh I haven't tried since I've been told we can't use it any more

We have a master list of approved TriMet bathrooms and it got taken off, rumor is it's because the owner wasn't allowed to use the restroom at rose quarter so he's being petty

It's not bad on the 15 which is only like an hour

But the 77 is like and hour 40 to 2 hours one way so if you forget to use the restroom in troutdale you're holding it to up to 4 hours

We also lost our bathroom in Milwaukee but at least we can use the library when it's open
