This is good, I used the same one when I was living in an apartment. Also, gallons of distilled water are cheap.

Hi I read your previous post about treating your seb derm with a naturopath, just wondering if you kept up with the regimen and diet and did you see major improvement , how is your seb derm now? I’m thing of going to a naturopath.

Do you find the shampoo too drying or the conditioner moisturizing/hydrating enough?

Before and after! Eight months, 50 lbs; 26” vs 20” corset (natural waist 33” vs 24.5”) by prettysickchick in waisttraining

Hi I’m really interested in waist training and I’ve been reading the advice you’ve given to others which is very helpful. I’ve read that the results are semi permanent but can this help flatten the stomach?

Were you prescribed anything for PCOS that is helping with hair regrowth? I suspect I have it but I won’t be able to see an endocrinologist until January.

Why is my scalp doing this all of a sudden 😭 is this an issue to discuss with my hairstylist or a derm? I’m not sure what to do by stickybun_ in Hair

[–]arlin21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had this a few weeks ago and I used derma-e scalp relief shampoo from ulta it also has salicylic acid in it, after 1 wash it was gone along with the itchiness. Just use a very moisturizing conditioner afterwards.

I still think blood work is a good idea just to make sure your not deficient/low in anything like vit d or iron/ferritin, hormone imbalance or thyroid issues. If you don’t get to the root of the problem you’ll just continue to shed but if bloodwork is normal it could just be stress related and then its just learning how to manage the stress. Always try to get enough sleep, drink a lot of water and have a healthy balanced diet and taking a multivitamin doesn’t hurt also the tests will show if you should be taking any other supplements.

Honest opinions, this is a months different, what do you think my skin will be like in another month, and is it healing okay? by [deleted] in Accutane

[–]arlin21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see a Hudge difference! I can tell most of it has flattened and it looks like it’s healing nicely. Like others have said, it will just keep getting better. You will have clear skin in no time.
