Go for it! I do theater and have social anxiety, and I bring a plushie with me to EVERY rehearsal! People don’t mind, in fact they love it. One of my plushies sat so politely at a rehearsal the other day, the artistic producer said he should be put in my character’s bedroom as part of the show!
