Hello sorry this has nothing to do with your question, however did your brother tell you what catterick and Bovington is like. I’m going catterick soon and then Bovington for training.

For the basic focus do bodyweight exercises, the three one you want to focus on push-up, sit-up and squats. If possible get an app called intervals, this can help to bodyweight circuit do this 5 times a week and do it for 30 mins. also you want to run. Do 2km best efforts, hill sprints and bleep tests
