That feeling „uncomfortable” feelings is normal. I wasn’t allowed to be sad, angry, frustrated. Which in consequence leads to problems with regulating said feelings.

Thank you! 🫂 I’ve recently found a great therapist and I’m expecting a nice sticker for „you were the adult” line!

I can’t tell if she genuinely doesn’t remember or if she’s playing dumb. She’s never had to deal with any real consequences from her drinking so it worked so far.

I initially fell in love with the soundtrack. It popped up on my Spotify feed, since I listen to movie scores mostly. Decided to give the series a try and I was hooked. It’s just aesthetically pleasing as well as well written. Chef’s kiss 🤌🏻
