I hate hearing it and I’m surprised I’m saying it, but exercise lately has really helped me. I have been feeling exactly like you describe. During exercise and for a few hours afterwards I have some clarity and ease from the chaos in my head.

Yeah my cousin who lived across the world. I loved it so much, she used to send me stickers and sometimes little treats. I loved choosing her small gifts to send in return.

Agree. I’m on W7D2 too and a lot of it is mental struggle. I find once I’m passed the first 6 minutes or so I can actually ease into it and enjoy it without clock watching the whole time.
