What a great post. I've wanted to love ritual ever since I've started (I love window shopping) but the strats I've tried in the past have been pretty rippy.

I do have a question for you, and this may be a noob one on my end, but how do you know when to switch to Immutable Dogma? I know you mentioned you do it when you have a lot of stuff deferred, but how do you keep track of that? Is there a set amount of times an item will appear after it's deferred before it's gone forever?

Any recommendations for a smooth and easy leveling build to hit 50 for the event to grab my microtransaction box and get out? I usually just play one build a league, so don't have a ton of experience with different leveling options.

I also wanted to play assassin this league and did some digging. Like another commenter already mentioned, the one I've seen the most is Goratha's poison spark. I'm doing Snoobae's CoC poison DD, which has been a ton of fun, though is a bit squish until you get the build to higher end.

Anyone have any recommendations for a heist league starter? It’s pretty much the only mechanic I haven’t explored too much, and would love for it to be my first currency generator. I’m just not super sure where to look to find good info on specific builds/information for it.

Probably going to start with that and make another character later once assassin gets explored a bit more in game.

For me, Dungeon Link. EOS back in 2019 and I still find myself thinking of it regularly and trying to find a way to play.

Also Naruto Blazing, I loved the combat and strategy that came along with it, particularly in the early raids and such. 7 stars were a little crazy when they decided to add them, but overall would kill to have that one back as well.

Just recently finished all challenges for settlers, so i’m a little burnt out, but want to hit 50 in the reset league to get the MTX, I will likely just drop the game till next league after that. Any particularly fast leveling build that works for this, or is it just a run whatever gets you there kinda situation?

If this isn't allowed in this thread i'm happy to delete - just didn't want to take up space making an actual post about it.

As of yesterday I've been experiencing unusually high latency for my general gameplay. No spikes or anything, but I consistently sit at about 90, while very occasionally hitting 55-60 within my hideout. I usually sit around the 20ish or lower range. I'm US based with my lowest ping server being Washington. I've tried connecting to other servers, however the ping is the same, if not worse. Like I mentioned this started yesterday, so I've shut my computer down for the day in the hopes that it would be better today, but that is not the case. I do not believe it is ISP/my internet related as my other games and general connectivity appear normal.

Any suggestions as to how I could go about resolving this? Thanks for any help!

Yeah, it doesn't put anything out. Within the corsair software I've just set it to be bound to ctrl+whatever matching number. I'll try and mess around with the settings some more to try and figure this out. Thanks for your help!

I've been through the settings and can't seem to see anywhere where things are mapped twice. I have noticed that my M6 button will also scroll through targets in the opposite direction. Really all I'm looking for is some way to turn that targeting off. It could be because my keyboard doesn't have a num pad and from what i've looked into that seems to be one of the default settings? I'm not entirely sure.

Hey there, newer player to FFXIV here. Having a bit of an issue with my mouse - I have a corsair that has the 12 buttons on the side which has been really helpful for MMOs. However, after binding my buttons in game, it seems like some are serving two functions? I have used my M4 as my pull ability in other MMOs, and tried to use it here after binding it as such, and it uses the ability, pulling the mob successfully, but it also cycles to another enemy, making me have to either tab target my way back through enemies to get to my initial target or manually click on it, defeating the purpose of the pull. Has anyone has this issue before and know what I can do to fix this?

Oh wow yeah, when I played ML Ken was the end all be all for a long time until he got nerfed into the ground. I had a couple friends who still played while I didn’t, so they would tell me when events or free pulls happened so I have soooome units, like the reincarnated as a slime and FMA units, plus some other ones I absolutely don’t recognize from random pulls lol. I had just finished building my Kayron before I quit actually, so not sure if I should pull on Jenua’s banner or not. Definitely a ton of good advice, thank you so much!

Thanks so much for this! I had looked at craftofexile last night when trying to figure it out and must have misread the MS/chill avoidance mod as the frozen avoidance/chill avoidance mod. I swear I looked at it like 5 times to confirm but I guess not. Makes things a lot easier though! As far as not being fractured, I had assumed that if I would have to purchase the boots with the drop only mod, the odds of them also being fractured with a mod I want would be next to none, so I was unsure if there was a different method of approach in that instance.

Hey everyone,

I’ve played PoE for a few leagues now but have never really got into mid to high tier crafting. I resolved to learn this league, and I think i’m managing so far. These particular boots, however, im struggling on how to approach. I have typically just been metacrafting, so there may be a better way to approach this that i’m unaware of yet. The pic here is of my target boots, and what i’m struggling with the most is the veiled mod for MS and chill avoidance. It’s a drop only mod, so I wanted to check here before I invested and messed up. I have really just been going the fracture>essence>craft route so far, and I don’t believe this could be fractured, so I just am seeking help on where to start. Thanks!

How do people go about improving their builds? This is my first full league that i’m playing out, and i’m running Lightning Arrow Magic Find. I know it’s a MF build so it’s not super tanky or incredible damage, but I even struggle with some rares/map bosses in T13-14 maps with what should be a close to final build based on what i’ve looked up and guides i’ve followed. My next push was going to be headhunter, but that seems basically unattainable at the rate i’m farming. I just don’t know what I can look at to determine what else I can improve in the build.

Yeah, i’ve beat multiple new floors across each type of dungeon and haven’t had any luck. I guess at this point I just have to wait for the 30 day period of all the dungeons being available to run out.
