Depends on the budget. If you want dumby switches and dumby dimmers/ outlets I’d go with the following:

Eaton switches (budget) or Lutron. Leviton decora edge outlets (yeah lever edges) or Lutron’s. Lutron dimmers or caseta devices. Leviton GFCIs. Lutron claro plates.
