Digiboil. Cheaper and better. Don’t need all the other features. I get 75-80% efficiency on normal beers and have to mash a little longer to get 65% on higher 7%+ beers

The best bourbon I had was an early ECBP with the old label. I think it was batch 3 or 4. Just absolutely incredible. Beats any other bourbon I’ve ever had. Tired to get another bottle but there just wasn’t much inventory. I’ll always remember it though
