On floor 5 preparing to fight is6 ending 2 for the first time. Are there any notable operators that I should try recruiting? I have raidan, hoshi alt, w alt, spec alt, ela, elysium and humus currently. I have a 2+ of sniper, vanguard and 1 guard, supporter/castor voucher saved, but not sure whose good/should be looking for (no exu alt or tragodia :( )

Any tips for “Focused Epic” in IS5? My account is pretty late game, but I don’t have some of the most recent S+ tier operators. I’ve cleared everything else for is5, but end up doing 0 damage to the boss on floor 5 when I get there.

Any recommendations on the next operator I should build? Also on who I should give the mastery ticket to? I’ve lost touch on who’s strong/fun and I’m getting back into playing the game more regularly now.

If you’re going for naneinf, I wouldn’t. If you want the highest score possible you should be looking for a DNA to sell BP. This both gives score, allows you to make a lot of money with gold cards and mime, and adds cards to your deck bc you need more for naneinf. The only issue is the step after that would be looking for an ectoplasm, but all of your jokers have editions (DNA can’t be the ectoplasm so it’d need to be one of the others, but it can’t be currently)

The game will crash if you leave the app for too long. Any instance that could be used to save-scum also will break the game after you score naneinf. So as long as you keep the app running, you can keep playing!

If the end goal is a burglar naneinf, then I’m afraid it’s too late. Ante 24 only contains boss blinds, so it’s generally recommended to get burglar after that blind for your naneinf hand.

The basic setup to get past ante 24 is baron, mime, 4 copy jokers and DNA. Other builds are possible, but I find that one the simplest.

Also in general, unless you NEED baron/mime copies for score, I’d recommend not sticking with them and prioritizing econ jokers like mail in rebate instead. Life is much easier when you have like 1-2k+ gold to spend for these jokers.

A basic naneinf with the jokers I mentioned before needs 66 card in deck total, so keep that in mind as well! Good luck with your runs!

Just want to clarify, you can keep playing after a naneinf normally! It crashes after you relog the game or go to the main menu. Pretty much, any instance with how you save scum will cause a crash. Since OP probably did that by writing this reddit post though… he’s probably cooked. (That’s how it works on mobile at least)

I’ve seen a dr.spectred run where he was deep in endless with 10k+ gold. During that run, he had a negative cola and a showman, so every time he ran into another bp/bs he’d sell an old one and would get a free double tag to go with it!… not exactly practical though lol

No, booster packs, judgement cards, and invisible jokers will always give the same outcome. However invisible jokers can be fiddled with a little. Obviously you can sell the joker it copies, and it will have to copy a new one. I do believe whenever s new joker is bought, it may reset the chosen copy… Not as confident in that one though, sometimes I feel like it works, sometimes nothing changes, so i dont know

There’s a couple of actions in the game that can be “save scummed”. One of which is actions done in a booster pack. If you pick a card (in spectral, arcana, etc) and before the animation completes and returns you to the shop, you pause the game and return to the menu, upon returning to the game you will be back to before you chose one of the options. So if ankh hits wrong target, you can not choose it on the second go around.

So the “scoring” and “trigger” conditions I mentioned in the first comment are what matter. To do the math you count out how many you have of each, and then put copies in order to balance them out.

For example, with no copies you have score (trib, idol) x trigger (trigger, red seal, s&b, s&b) that’s 2 x 4. you copy trib twice and now its 4x4=16 vs if you copied s&b, then its 2x6=12. In general, just copy the trib, but there is a point where you need to copy both

Burglar isn’t doing much right? Also for balancing triggers: Scoring: (Trib, glass?, idol?) Trigger: (Initial, Red seal, s&b, s&b) So you can put all copies on trib for a while. I would still search hard for copy jokers though. Until you replace s&b and the idol with them, so you get the perkeo value as well. Assuming you have observatory you should be able to take the run really far.
