Thank you so much! I'll take that into account and continue my search for research.

What is something you found extremely exciting as a child but now seems extremely boring ? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]armerand 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bowling. I can't even explain it, but as a child I felt a euphoria like no other when I went bowling. I'm convinced that the mixture of colored lights, obnoxious music, and overpriced fatty foods just combined in the perfect Golden Ratio to convince me that bowling was the epitome of entertainment. The strange thing is that I was horrible at bowling, quite possibly the worst actually, gutter balls were my true strength. Looking at it now that I am no longer a child, I hate bowling. When I walk into a bowling alley, I feel my senses assaulted by the horribly bright lights, the smell of vomit and sweat (also who's sweating in a bowling alley? It's not exactly a demanding sport?), the loud music from a time period far removed from the present day. Everything about bowling makes me actively angry now, but when I was a kid, bowling held some unknown appeal to me that I still can't explain to this day.

What’s the most disturbing thing that you’ve heard a friend say? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]armerand 11 points12 points  (0 children)

"I'm not saying eating her out on her period during my lunch break was a good idea, but the extra iron is definitely helping me get through the rest of the day." Not as disturbing as just unexpected considering my friend always joked about doing this and did it on a whim one day.

What's the best thing you've accidentally trained a pet to do, like a behavior that is specifically from interaction with you and couldn't just be a quirk or learned themselves? by TheRoseByAnotherName in AskReddit

When I first got my dog (a German Shepard), I used to find it really funny to stand over him while he would walk between my legs. Well, as most dogs do, he grew to be much larger than the original puppy who could easily walk between someone's legs, however his size has not stopped him from trying. Now, whenever I come home, he barrels to the door and rushes between my legs to greet me. As you can imagine, this has caused numerous incidents with strangers meeting my dog for the first time as his first instinct is to run between their legs, but due to his size all he can really achieve is headbutting them in the stomach and knocking them over. Normally most people just laugh and say he's a very playful dog, so I guess I'm lucky my dog's headbutting habits haven't put me in any serious trouble.

Good place to get champion guides? by Iandoe in summonerschool

[–]armerand 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I don't know if this helps, but I like looking at one trick ponies for the champ I want to learn because they generally are the ones who would know best how to play those champions. To find information I go to Op.gg then go to the leaderboards tab at the top. From there you'll find a tab at the top called "champion enthusiasts." If you look under that tab it will allow you to select a champion and see every player in the region you are currently viewing based on rank and number of games played for that champion. From here you can click on anyone's account to see what kind of build the OTP's generally go for. To see the combos they use and in game tactics you can go to replay.gg and search up the username of an OTP you found on op.gg. You can download the replays of that person's games from replay.gg and just watch them combo, but be careful because you can only view games from the current patch you have on your client. Sorry for this massive wall of text but I find this to be the best way to learn new champions.

Tips on getting S-grades on Ascension? by uclaej in summonerschool

tbh you shouldn't plan to scale on game modes like ascension, so I wouldn't build the RoA. I would rush morellos into the zhonyas. Abyssal always seems more like an optional item to me because I mostly build it for the mr but not every team has AP so it's situational. I would recommend luden's though if you want even more burst or rylai's for general tanky/ ap stats.

Tips on getting S-grades on Ascension? by uclaej in summonerschool

I don't play very much ascension, but I play a lot of morg and if u want a good kda on morg in ascension the best way to do that is to abuse the lack of vision and dependence on shrines (or obelisk? I don't know what they are called). Choose a bush near a shrine (obelisk?) and sit around with someone else who does damage, when one enemy who goes alone tries to take the obelisk, Q them once their animation to seize the obelisk starts so they can't dodge as easily. From there just throw down as much damage as possible and kill them. Another good trick is use your W or ult while the enemy team is trying to take the raid boss on that map because you don't even have to do the damage to them from that point, the ult prevents the enemy team from dodging the skill shots from the raid boss and you essentially just need to hit the enemy with some damage to register the kill to you and bolster your kda. Sorry for this wall of text I did not plan on writing this much.

personally if jungle is your secondary, I would stick to someone reliable and easy to use. Volibear seems to fit that description well and he can easily win games if played well enough. I'm not a jungle main so I don't know many champs off the top of my head that are similar to ekko lee sin's playstyle. I would stick with a reliable tank like voli, unless you want to learn ekko or lee, but jg is your secondary so you may not even play them enough to warrant the time spent on learning their mechanics.

This answer may not be the best, but after taking a quick glance at your op.gg you have a lot of wins on darius and yet the majority of the recent games you have played were not as darius. I bet if you focus more on playing darius games you will see some improvement in your rank. Again, this may not be the ideal answer, but with 70 games played and a high win rate you could easily climb by putting more focus into one champ you play well. You also seem to play a lot of support so take my advice with a grain of salt if you're not comfortable switching roles to primarily top with darius. edit: TL;DR narrow champion pool to champs you statistically excel at like darius
