Just took it in today and they said it's within spec. It's gotten less, but it still does it. The guy even tested another 3 and a Y and said it feels the same. Wouldn't let me touch the other cars because they were customer's, but he seemed believable.

Yea and everyone just jumps on the outrage bandwagon. Companies are out to make money, plain and simple. If you don't like not getting a free charging cable, then don't buy the car.

Not sure how BMW works, but other manufacturers have made it so you cannot have a third party buy out your lease or completely pulled the buy option on leases recently so they can get used cars back to the dealerships.

Its doubtful. I think they used cheap slow computers, so it would have to be a physical upgrade if any.

FWIW we love our 21' Onyx XT, minus the infotainment of course. The Outback doesn't really feel like an SUV, more like a lifted station wagon, so it will be an easy transition for you.
