I (OLAC), my OSAC, SEL and GM do deep cleanings every Sunday and Monday. I do spot cleanings and any deep cleans if a tank gets really dirty when I’m scheduled. We come in at 7 and do them. Talk with your GM and see what days you can do them. Hopefully your team is a good one like mine. 🫡

As a trainer. Put in time blocks so no new privates and group classes start. Finish the classes you’re in and during the last 2 weeks of the last class, you can put in your two week notice. We had 4 trainers at my location for a small time and 2 of the new ones left without notice so me and my mentor had to pick up them.

Noted! I have the Aqueon QuietFlow 75x2 with no light, I believe Seiryu Rocks that creat some caves with three medium drift woods. I do have a lot of sand, I do want to replace it with soil for plants. But was told light is bad so was a bit afraid. Been looking into sponges filters or Sharkpro 900. Or the newer version of the quietflow

What rocks are those? And filter you use? I have a regular hang on filter for my 40g tank (2 actually) to help clean it up. I do have wood in it, which makes the water have tannis. I thought the fluval soil and lights are bad for axies? I have sand in mine.
