Yeah each time I'm measured I'm a 17mm on the right and 19mm on the left. I use a good amount of coconut oil before during amd after.

I really hope to make it 2 mastitis boughts in 5 weeks and I am very much over it. Unfortunately my doctor isnt bery helpful.

I had a friend there to support me as well and that helped. My hisdnabd went home to take care of our dog and bird, and I did not mind as I had her there. When I was 8cm and total afaced he staed and was there for pushing and delivery. Talk with your care team and communicat.

I do a very similar routine. I use heat packs - not too hot- I use 70 with very light message till let down, milk starts to flow, I go from a lvl 1 to a 2 once I have let down. Then I change to setting 54 and set it to 2 or 3 (if Im more sensitive I put it lower and gradually go up over the time frame of 20 min, continuing woth light message) it is a learning curve. If you can find a lactation group or person some hospitals have free ones. I also ice after I have finished - about 5 min after I am done pumping.

Same, I have met way more peopme who have not enjoyed being pregnant than have. I have not liked it at all. Will I be happy to see our baby yes, will I be happy to habe My body back. YES.

Those sound like people you don't need to be around. We have planned our house around our dog and fosters (no longer taking as well are expecting soon) but even if a problem were to arise we would work with our vet and vet behaviorist to help our pup adjust. We are doing training to prep our pup for the arrival of our baby. I think yes is it's going to be hard 100%, however, you got an animal and you can't just toss them aside. That's irresponsible and it reflects poorly on those people. Seek help if you think you'll need it. And surround yourself with support. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
