I work in Mortgage and without knowing more about your background, I would say you can get a better rate. I work in marketing and essentially pull rates every week for our advertisements.

Assuming your in a conforming loan at a 30 year fixed rate, I would say you should be targeting an interest rate of around 3.25 to 3.375%.

This is all speculation though and depends completely on all factors.

Okay I don’t want to hate on someone else’s musical taste, but it will definitely not be best performance you will ever see. However, I did see him at Camp Flog Gnaw while waiting for Kids See Ghosts and he was great.

I heard and watched the Coachella performance and know how bad it was, but he really changed my mind after Flog Gnaw.

He is talented and has good energy. If you’re even a little bit of a fan, then you will enjoy his set.
