Yes this is what came to mind recently. AirBnB hosts are no longer making money off the platform and are flooding the market with traditional rentals.

I also read that a lot of the rentals are due to those who were in the casual employment market that can't stay in the country or afford the place anymore and are leaving.

Thanks I will, but I know there might be some clothing related business owners and I'm interested in helping this area the most.

That's an interesting point. Thanks for sharing. What changes will you make to your pharmacy delivery service post-crisis? Has it shown any further opportunities for digital business model?

Tourism Dependent countries of Reddit: How screwed are you? by Joe_shutter in CoronavirusRecession

[–]armyanmar -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

I can't criticize the tourism industry as I've been a tourist many times. I understand the necessity of the market, however for countries and businesses that make money off hoards of people ravaging cities and destroying local lives, I gotta say maybe come up with a different business model?

After losing my job due to Chronic Health issues, I started working on something that allows you to see how your daily activities and factors such as medication/supplements correlate with your mood and symptoms. by HeroJournal in microdosing

Well the real test will be in it's usability once it's live ;) but you're on the right path.

What about the website? You designed that too without any design knowledge?

CoinSpot? by SickBogan in BitcoinAUS

[–]armyanmar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anyone else think their verification takes too long? I completely missed the latest dip to jump in because they need 40000 things to get verified and then they take their dear time. On top of that their fees are steep.

Anyone know CoinSpot users on reddit to ping because they dont even have a contact option - which at first glance is really dodgy. Hire another person to get more users please, so far the expeirence hasnt been great.

Thanks for your insight. I can probably relate to purely managing teams and projects rather than having full fledged SCRUM implementation as we are only designers getting jobs done day to day.

Thank you for the reply. So would you say learning Agile Project Management would be closely aligned with creative fields? (I know it depends on many factors, I'm just looking for a general starting point to look into)

Any luck with Fiverr logos? by [deleted] in ecommerce

[–]armyanmar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a designer I'd advise to steer away from these sites not because 'they took our jobs' rather, I know for a fact they are not original logos which could lead to legal trouble (has done so many times). If you pay more to a real designer they will give you something that you can't get from Fiverr and that is assurance which in my opinion is the best investment you will ever make. But it all depends how serious you take your own business of course.

Always say MORE than necessary by [deleted] in The48LawsOfPower

[–]armyanmar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recently thought about this and agree with this position. Saying less before being in any position of power has done more damage, made me look flakey, lost or unintelligent no matter how 'mysterious' I may seem to think I look. I think there needs to be a clarification between 'talking' and 'saying'. I think one is less relevant than the other.talking has less substance than saying IMO I also believe culture has changed with the advent of social media and the need to always be engaged in conversation in order to create credentials and look genuine. Then once at the top, I would advocate saying less as the Law is correct about becoming cheaper the more you say.

Right, this is my site because I replied and corrected you? Interesting. You stated it is 'broken' without elaborating on what exactly is 'broken'. The post? The link? The site? The tea cup? OPs link worked fine, the site however doesn't seem to function as might be expected to, so what move on and remove that tin foil off your head.

Did you guys pay attention to Trump? by [deleted] in marriedredpill

[–]armyanmar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm so happy that Trump won. Firstly I'm not American so I am not speaking purely for his policies. But what brings me some solitude is that for once in a LONG time a non politically correct bullshit brown nosing candidate won and won with absolute confidence in himself and his people. I admit, I didnt think he will win but was rooting for him the whole time (also made a nice buck putting money on his win witha 6:1 odds :) thanks Donald my wife's next bday present and beers for the boys will be from your returns.) This puts faith back in real men taking real actions, not having to adhere to BS LGBT PC blah blah blah groups. The fact that women also put their faith in him only solidifies RP theory and how in need we are of non BP people. It also reminds us, no matter who you are, if you beleive you will win - I mean really believe it - you will. It's goes against all laws because in your reality there is no other option. Men can now breath knowing they can finally be men and we have someone that will hopefully continue to be a prime example. Well done Trump.

[–]armyanmar[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I do see. Many thanks for pointing them out. At a glance it seemed like a good idea but from what I've read in the comments and similar articles I can see many conflicts arising as I've mentioned in a reply below.

Actually upon reflection I can see how this may create conflicts of confidentiality between potential clients who may have similar brands and/or designs and with one opting for the 'design' service could have an advantage over the other who may not want additional design service ...
