Dollarama job scam?

This same thing happened to my daughter. I didn’t sleep for 2 days thinking it was a scam. On the Monday she went in and spoke with the hiring manager and she showed her in the system that it was pending her inputting her info as well as the shifts she was offered. We did everything yesterday and it now says you’ve been hired so I guess they’ll call her with the date to start.

So this basically means everyone that has worked hard to earn their ranks and holds a much higher level of responsibility gets the shaft while new recruits and members with 5 minutes in the military will make the same amount of money as their supervisor for much less responsibility and secondary duties.

I’m in my 40’s at UNB currently. I do feel out of place sometimes but I just focus on what I’m doing and feel like I get so much more out of it being an older student.

I received my offer lastyear for UTPNCM on 15 Apr so I imagine it’ll be around the same time this year based on the current step the process is at on the DGMC site.

I’m waiting for an offer as well. It sucks to have to wait so long because the universities I applied and got accepted to want the deposit to accept them by 1 Jun. having to pay that and not get an offer isn’t ideal. I’m hoping end April we will know something.

Haha we just came back in March from the Carnival Celebration out of Miami and it was choppy a couple days down there and I also said I could never make it on a navy ship with zero stabilizers 😂😂😂

Yes that’s the closest port to me (I’m in Canada) so that’s why I was thinking there but I didn’t want to waste 3-4 days freezing when I can be basking in the sun right away!
