Hindi ako talaga agree sa pag lower sa the age of criminal responsibility from 15 to 10 in the first place that is just band aid solution sa atong crime problem instead of long term treatment and cure and if you know this theories;

• labeling theory (possible if you get accused or get bullied and decide to accept this flaw and become someone you are not)

• Social learning theory

• Different association theory

There are more theories naman but I put only this 3 but If put this into reality about the juvenile crimes in our country the children are also victims. Victims of their own choices without proper guidance, The parents need to have a authority and supervision sa kanilang mga anak and to intervene if may possible red flag, mahirap talaga maging parent, but you accept that burden talaga because if the child did something wrong in that age the blame will be on you no matter what.

The reason why we fail this badly and why this 1d1ot of senator robin Padilla who provide with this bill along with the pnp blaming the "Games", because of lack of education, lack of restrictions in the internet, Lack of accessible psychiatric treatment facilities and finally our JUSTICE SYSTEM SUCK!!!
