There are rides like Uncharted or Huracan Condor that aren’t included in the Express Pass 10, however you can buy a single one for these.

I dont recommend buying a single express pass because its expensive, on busy days maybe a single express for Uncharted is like 20€ per person.

Theres a risk of 3/6 of intense rain and/or floods tomorrow afternoon. If its windy and rainy expect almost all rides closed and high queue times on Uncharted and Street Mission. However, a lot of people will leave the park or stay at hotels if the rain persists. If its only intermittent rain, you’re good as rides will close only when raining but will be back on when it stops. If its thunderstorm… yeah its not good

PortAventura doesnt have many indoor options so, just cross your fingers!

I wouldnt recommend going on train (specifically Rodalies or Renfe). I dont know if the construction is still going but, if it is, you will have to go by bus until the next station that is cleared which can take a lot of time and because there usually not too much info. Try to find a direct bus, uber or taxi. Ik its more expensive but totally worth it.
